6/7/22, Just after 1:00AM the New Haven Fire Department responded to 259 Dickerman Street for a reported house fire. Engine 6 arrived on scene and transmitted a working fire (Signal 73) for fire on the second floor of a 3 story wood. Companies were met with heavy fire and at one point the porch on the second floor collapsed. Firefighters also had reports of people still trapped inside. Overall, firefighters were able to make a strong push and were able to extinguish the blaze.
