2/1/23: Just after 9:30 AM, the Hamden Fire Department began receiving multiple calls for a house fire on Glenbrook Avenue. Engine 2 arrived on scene and transmitted a working fire for fire showing on the A/B corner of the house. Firefighters were able to push into the house and extinguish the fire in the bedroom. Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the bedroom but there was extensive smoke damage throughout the home. Firefighters were on scene for about two hours.
