5/25/22, Just after 2:00 PM Hamden Firefighters responded to Colonial Drive for a reported house fire. Rescue 1 arrived on scene and transmitted a working fire for fire in a 1 story ranch. Companies had fire in the attic which was quickly knocked down. A dog was rescued from the structure by firefighters. Companies were operating on scene for about half an hour.
